Mission Statement

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Police Department is committed to providing quality professional law enforcement which ensures a safe and secure learning and working environment. We are dedicated to enforcing the laws and regulations by utilizing a community policing philosophy. We strive to serve with excellence and integrity by providing proactive service and encouraging awareness through crime prevention efforts.

  • Garage parking permit may be utilized in surface parking lots AFTER 7:00pm weekdays.
  • Permits for next school year, Fall 2016 through Summer 2017, will go on sale starting 11 August. 2016.  


  • Q: Can a student or faculty/staff, park at Momentum Annex and ride the shuttle with a General or Garage permit?
    A: YES, General and Garage permits are valid for parking and riding the shuttle, along with the Momentum Parking Permit.
  • Q: Can I upgrade/downgrade the parking permit I purchased to meet my parking requirements.
    A: Only up to the 12th class day. After the 12th day, you may only swap up for that  semester.
